Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; typically one year of cementing service experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others is necessary.
• Licensure to drive commercial equipment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee cementing service line work at the well site.
• Plan the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with work performed.
• Coordinate and direct the activities of service operators.
• Coordinate the cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
• Plan and perform calculations for the total job at the well site as needed.
• Lead the site crew comprised of Halliburton and/or non-Halliburton employees.
• Evaluate individual performance levels of the crew and train operators to improve performance.
