Job summary

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C SPC in Madinat Zayed, Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a Production Helper / Packing Helper / Roasting Helper to join our Production team.

You will assist in coffee production, packing and roasting in a fast-paced environment, working closely with the team, and learning our processes. This entry-level role offers on-site training and a path to advanced production duties.

2–3 years of relevant experience are preferred, and candidates who can join immediately are highly desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Food & Beverage, Coffee Roastery, Food Production, or similar company
• Experience in production, packing, roasting, or general food-processing activities is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Good teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn
• Candidates who can join immediately are highly preferred
