About UmrahMeals

UmrahMeals is a Hajj & Umrah-driven FoodTech startup building the world’s first Umrah meal booking platform based in Saudi Arabia. We help Umrah tour operators and hotels serve pilgrims more efficiently through tech-enabled buffet and parcel meal management in Makkah and Madinah.

We are expanding into the UAE, covering the important GCC market, and are looking for a capable operational leader who can invest in the startup and work to shape and scale the market with us.

Your Role

As Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer (UAE), you will lead the setup and growth of our GCC operations. Your responsibilities include:

1. Leading sales, onboarding, and support of Umrah tour operators in UAE & GCC
2. Building a regional team including telecallers and account managers
3. Overseeing marketing, payment operations, and partner success
4. Supporting office setup and brand development efforts
5. Collaborating on product feedback and B2B workflows

What We’re Looking For :

1. 5+ years in travel, food service, or startup operations
2. Investment in the startup to set up & operations in UAE & GCC
3. Familiarity with Umrah / Hajj tour operators and the B2B religious travel ecosystem
4. Strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
5. Passion to lead market development and customer success
6. Experience in team building, execution, and ground operations
