We’ve successfully validated our solution with enterprise clients, processing over 500 candidates through our platform. We’re now launching a B2B SaaS platform, providing next generation AI-driven talent management solutions to enterprises and staffing companies.

Role Overview:

We’re seeking an exceptional leader to join as Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer, taking ownership of our Product Marketing Strategy and go-to-market operations. This role combines product marketing leadership with strategic sales development as we scale our SaaS offering in the HR and Talent Tech space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and oversee the product commercial strategy
2. Shape product positioning, branding and market approach
3. Lead product marketing strategy and execution
4. Establish strategic partnerships and client relationships
5. Develop and manage channel sales strategies for B2B SaaS offerings
6. Assist the CEO in fundraising and investor relationships

Compensation:

This is an equity-based leadership position that includes:

1. Founding team equity package
2. Performance-based additional equity incentives
3. Revenue share opportunities
4. Sweat equity until Seed round and salary post-seed

The ideal co-founder will have:

1. Proven experience in SAAS product marketing
2. Expertise in digital outbound and inbound marketing and sales tools
3. Strong understanding of Tech Recruitment and Staffing processes
4. Good understanding of HR and Talent tech markets
5. Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
6. Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
