This role will offer a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on scaling our healthcare business in UAE and globally.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the executive team on high-level strategic planning, innovation, and operational scaling.
• Lead funding initiatives, manage investor relations, and contribute to the financial growth of Zymedics.
• Play an active role as a Board Member, providing governance, guidance, and expertise in business scaling and decision-making.
• Drive the scaling and expansion of Zymedics' healthcare solutions in the UAE, focusing on market entry, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Build and manage key partnerships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and stakeholders to advance Zymedics’ presence in UAE.
• Oversee the development and deployment of AI-powered diagnostics and personalized care solutions.
• Guide the company in navigating the complexities of the healthcare market, including reimbursement models, healthcare regulations, and value-based care.
• Ensure the alignment of business operations with Zymedics' mission to provide personalized, patient-centered healthcare globally.

Qualifications:

• At least a Master's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of business development experience in healthcare, preferably within the startup ecosystem.
• Proven experience in investing in startups and scaling early-stage ventures, particularly in the healthcare sector.
• Previous experience serving as a Board Member or advisor to a growing business, with a strong understanding of corporate governance and strategic scaling.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare systems UAE, including regulatory frameworks, reimbursement models, and market dynamics.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation in healthcare.
• Ability to contribute financially and provide expertise in business development and scaling operations.
