Role Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Co-Founder to join FORÇA as a key partner in leading the next phase of growth. This individual will act as a thought partner to the founder and bring an external, business-centric lens to challenge assumptions, drive growth, and co-lead the company toward scale and investment readiness.

We are specifically looking for a candidate from the Middle East region, with a fresh and objective perspective. This role is best suited for a profile with experience in business, product, or venture building.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-develop and execute FORÇA’s strategic roadmap, with a focus on business model validation, scalability, and monetization
• Lead the go-to-market and growth strategy across digital and offline channels
• Contribute to the design, development, and launch of the MVP, working with technical partners as needed
• Oversee partnership development, brand collaborations, and sponsorship acquisition
• Play a central role in fundraising activities, investor presentations, and pitch refinement
• Bring an analytical, data-driven, and market-informed approach to decision-making and long-term planning

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Based in the UAE or broader Middle East region and arabic speaker
• Proven 10+ years experience in startups, product development, business strategy, or venture building
• Strong understanding of the regional tech ecosystem, consumer behavior, and cultural context
• Comfortable operating in early-stage environments with high ambiguity and responsibility
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional efforts and work alongside visionary founders
• Passionate about building scalable, impact-driven ventures
