Job summary

Ras Al Khaimah International Airport is seeking a highly experienced CNS/ATC systems engineer to maintain, upgrade and oversee electronic systems in line with ICAO and GCAA standards.

You will lead projects from installation to handover, manage budgets, drive staff training and accreditation, and ensure safety and quality across the CNS department.

Liaison with regulatory authorities, OEMs, and TDRA for licenses and audits, while developing procedures, KPIs, and MOC documentation.

Qualifications

• Internationally recognized degree in electronic engineering or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of electronics theory and practice to a level proportionate with the position.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Navigational Aids, radar display systems, communication systems, V/UHF transceivers and operational aviation systems.
• Knowledge of ICAO documents and GCAA CARs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CNS electronic systems to ensure ICAO/GCAA standards.
• Project management of department annual operational and capital budgets.
• Coordinate with GCAA/TDRA for licenses and regulatory compliance.
• Develop MOC and CNS policies.
• Maintain KPI and SLA with CNS operations and audits.
