Job summary

Ras Al Khaimah International Airport seeks a CNS Manager to own the operation and maintenance of ATC electronic systems in line with ICAO and GCAA standards. You will lead project management, integration, and handovers, while ensuring staff training, certification, and procedure updates.

You will liaise with regulators and stakeholders, oversee budgeting, safety, and quality systems, and drive continuous improvements within CNS/ Electronics under Operations.

Qualifications

• University degree in electronic engineering or higher diploma in electronic engineering (3 years of study) or similar.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Navigational AIDS, radar display systems and related aviation tech.
• Knowledge of ICAO documents and GCAA CARs; safety responsibilities and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ATC electronic systems in operation and standards.
• Manage CNS department projects and annual budgets.
• Liaise with GCAA/TDRA/FANR for licenses, incidents and regulatory matters.
• Ensure procedures, manuals, ISO/IMS and safety policies are kept current.
