Your New Role...

We have an exciting internship opportunity starting this September and running through December in Dubai.

CNN Dubai – Eleni Giokos & team

We are looking for an intern to work with CNN anchor Eleni Giokos and her team in Dubai.

You will support Eleni as she anchors key CNN news shows, assisting with tasks such as writing guest research notes and printing scripts.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Helping arrange guests and contributors and chasing news lines.
• Supporting the setup for filming of Marketplace Middle East, one of CNN’s key business shows, across the region.
• Assisting with Connecting Africa, a monthly show about the continent, which Eleni also anchors.

Qualifications & Experience...

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Passion for news and storytelling on television.
• Strong research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• A keen interest in the Middle East is essential.
