Job summary

Sunreef Yachts is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with hands-on experience in router machining to create, optimize, and validate CNC programs for high-precision marine and large-scale manufacturing processes.

You will develop toolpaths, run simulations, and troubleshoot issues prior to production while supporting multi-axis CNC machines. Knowledge of PowerMill, Alphacam and CAD tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of CNC programming experience with router machining.
• Advanced PowerMill proficiency.
• Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD for interpreting drawings.
• Working knowledge of Alphacam is a bonus.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks is beneficial.
• Strong CAD reading and interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs for router machines using CAM software (PowerMill preferred).
• Generate toolpaths, run simulations, and troubleshoot before production.
• Set up machines including tooling, fixtures and calibration.
• Monitor operations and adjust parameters for quality.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and documentation.
