Job summary

Sunreef Yachts seeks a skilled CNC Programmer with hands-on experience in robotic machining and CNC router operations to create and optimize programs for marine and composite manufacturing.

You will develop PowerMill-based toolpaths, run simulations, set up multi‑axis machines, and monitor quality, documenting revisions and following safety procedures. Knowledge of AutoCAD/Alphacam/SolidWorks is valued.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of CNC programming experience, router experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerMill for CNC programming.
• Excellent ability to read CAD drawings and engineering docs.
• Experience with 5-axis machining is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Alphacam and SolidWorks is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs for router machines using CAM software (PowerMill preferred).
• Generate toolpaths, perform simulations, and troubleshoot errors prior to production.
• Support and operate multi-axis CNC machines.
• Optimize programs for cycle time, material efficiency, and machining quality.
• Execute full machine setup, including tooling, fixtures, and calibration.
• Monitor machining operations and adjust parameters for accuracy and quality.
• Perform routine machine maintenance.
• Maintain clear documentation for revisions and machining processes.
• Follow company safety standards and operational procedures.
