Work in USA in Abu-Dhabi, UAE seeks a dedicated CNC Operator to join our professional team. The successful candidate will operate CNC equipment to produce parts to precise specifications. This full-time role offers a salary of 900 AED per month and welcomes immigrant applications.

Key duties include setting up machines, monitoring performance, measuring parts with calipers and micrometers, inspecting output, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining equipment while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical school preferred.
2+ years of CNC machining experience.
Knowledge of basic milling, drilling, tapping, etc.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers).
Ability to use computers for data entry/programming purposes.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines to cut and shape metal components per design specifications.
Set up and adjust machines for production runs.
Monitor machines during operation and make adjustments for accuracy.
Measure parts using calipers and micrometers.
Inspect finished parts for conformance with specifications.
Troubleshoot machine or part issues.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment.
Follow safety protocols during operation.
