Qualifications

• Proven experience as CNC Operator, Machine Operator, or CNC Machinist.
• Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code/M-code) and machine operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Set up program and operate CNC machines including lathes mills and routers.
• Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and CAD/CAM designs.
• Monitor CNC machine operation to ensure accuracy quality and efficiency.
• Perform quality inspections using calipers and micrometers.
• Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues to maintain product standards.
• Maintain CNC machines tools and the work area according to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize production processes.
• Follow UAE construction safety and industrial regulations.
