At Electra we need talented people that will share our strategy to be the obvious partner contracting for local & international players who wish to set up an event within the GCC.
Under the guidance of the CNC In charge - the CNC Operator will handle the jobs that have assigned and have them delivered to carpentry team.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of wood CNC machines and CNC tools.
- Inspect material before its fed to the machine.
- Change tools and/or make offset changes.
- Input instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
- Verify settings by measuring positions, running samples and calibrating the machine before operation.
- Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
- Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed correctly.
- Document machine job and report to CNC in charge.
- Conduct preventive maintenance of the machine by following manufacturer\'s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions and reporting to CNC in charge.
- Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ year
- Certification: Wood working CNC Training certificate
- Education: +2 (Junior College)
- Languages: English and Hindi
- Systems: Basic computer knowledge, Word, Excel
- Technical & Functional Skills: Able to work on technical drawings; Must have technical knowledge of machinery used in CNC (CNC machine, beam saw machine); Knowledge of machine tools, blades and bits

- You will correctly use machinery, appliances, tools, transport, and all equipment issued by the company.

- You will perform all tasks set forth by safety and environmental regulations and thus cooperate with Electra to ensure a working environment and condition that do not pose any risks in terms of health, safety and environment to others.
