Job Description

• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring precise calibration and configuration to meet project specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings and CAD files to create accurate machining programs that optimize production efficiency.
• Modify and adjust CNC programs based on trial runs and feedback to improve the production process.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products using precision measuring tools to maintain high standards.
• Monitor production output and machine performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training in CNC machining preferred.
• 4-7 years of hands-on experience in CNC operation and programming in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications with precision.
• Experience in operating various CNC machines, such as mills, lathes, and routers, is essential.
• Certifications in CNC programming or machining from recognized institutions are highly desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to meet production deadlines.
