Overview

Responsible for setting up and operating Fanuc-controlled CNC machinery, requiring expertise in CNC programming, machining, and strong attention to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, interpret technical drawings, conduct inspections, and perform maintenance with a focus on precision and teamwork.
• Operate CNC machinery, interpret blueprints/technical drawings, and ensure quality production while adhering to safety standards.
• Program CNC machines and create 3D models as applicable, ensuring project accuracy and efficiency.
• Load materials, perform quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to ensure timelines and production quality.
• Maintain documentation and records for maintenance, inspections, and production processes.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machines with familiarity with Fanuc controls; ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints.
• Technical qualification (ITI/Diploma) or equivalent; suitable for direct employment visa where applicable.
• Mechatronics degree or related technical background for applicable roles; some postings may accept alternative credentials with relevant experience.
• Experience in marble or stone applications or industrial machining is a plus where specified.
• Strong safety focus, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
