Job Description

Must have good knowledge of programming using MASTER CAM and be able to handle SOLID WORKS with proficiency in 4th & 5th Axis, Mill-turn programming, and experience in programming critical jobs.

Familiar with handling Fanuc & Fagor control; Okuma is an added advantage. Operating and setting knowledge of VMC/HMC machine is required.

Responsibilities include monitoring tools and fixture performance and establishing processes for refining and modifying fixtures. Ability to create 3D models as per drawing requirements is essential.

Awareness and implementation of KAIZEN and 5S methodologies are necessary.

Experience in using canned cycles, macro programming, thread milling, helical interpolation, and high-speed machining techniques is required. Good knowledge of the latest cutting tools and high feed milling tools is essential.

Working experience with various types of materials like alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex, Inconel, cast iron, aluminum, and nylon is necessary.

Thorough knowledge of interpreting engineering/industrial drawings and programming machines according to specifications is required.
