You will be responsible for responding to and resolving unexpected machine technical issues, supporting a 24/7 production schedule, reducing repair costs from OEMs, and minimizing production downtime.

As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities include:

• Scheduling and performing preventive maintenance based on machine manuals
• Responding to and resolving machine technical issues
• Reducing repair service charges from OEMs and minimizing production downtime
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, electronic, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Assisting with preventive and predictive maintenance on facilities and machinery
• Installing, commissioning, and maintaining CNC machinery such as CNC Lathe, Vertical Lathe, and Horizontal Boring Machines

• Have a high school diploma or higher
• Have at least 1 year of CNC machine maintenance experience
• Have hands-on experience with Mazak and Doosan machines
• Be able to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
• Be familiar with CNC Fanuc controls
• Be capable of troubleshooting and repairing electrical, electronic, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
