Job summary

Careers International is seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators in the UAE with hands-on experience operating 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines and automated production equipment.

You will set up machines, read technical drawings, and ensure high quality while adhering to safety standards. A background in stone manufacturing or engraving is a plus, with a focus on accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years CNC operating experience.
• Experience with automated shaping, drilling, grinding, punching or assembly equipment.
• Basic understanding of automation systems and HMI control panels.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines and automated production stations.
• Set up machines, calibrate equipment and replace tools as required.
• Load and unload materials and workpieces safely.
• Read technical drawings, engraving layouts and work instructions.
• Monitor production quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Conduct inspections using verniers, height gauges, micrometers and dial indicators.
• Identify machine faults, defects and production abnormalities.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication and basic preventive maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and coordinate with production and quality teams.

We are looking for skilled CNC Machine Operators with hands‑on experience operating 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines and automated production equipment. Candidates should have basic HMI knowledge, machine setup skills and a strong focus on quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines and automated production stations.


• Set up machines, calibrate equipment and replace tools as required.
