Careers International is seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators for on-site work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role requires hands-on experience with 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines and automated production equipment, with strong emphasis on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years CNC machine operating experience.
• Experience with automated shaping, drilling, grinding, punching or assembly equipment is preferred.
• Experience in stone manufacturing, engraving, jewellery or precision manufacturing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines and automated production stations.
• Set up machines, calibrate equipment and replace tools as required.
• Load and unload materials and workpieces safely.
• Read technical drawings, engraving layouts and work instructions.
• Monitor production quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Conduct inspections using vernier callipers, height gauges, micrometres and dial indicators.
• Identify machine faults, defects and production abnormalities.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication and basic preventive maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and coordinate with production and quality teams.
