Qualifications

Job description

• Maintain data in Oracle to support the total Maintenance effort. Provide expertise in Oracle Plant Maintenance and focus in Planned Maintenance and the Plant Register.
• Work closely with the support team and offshore operations team.
• Adopt a structured and systematic approach with respect to the development and ongoing management of Production Operations Maintenance related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Creation and modification of Maintenance Plans in ORACLE.
• Prepare load sheets for data transport and manually loads and changes maintenance plans.
• Maintain Plant Register data for all company assets.
• Work with Project Engineers (mainly through the CAF process) to assign new tags for equipment from piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID), install new functional locations, equipment, and Bill of Materials in ORACLE and assigns cost centres in conjunction with Finance.

Experience

• Oil and Gas experience preferred.
• Advanced level skills in Excel, Access databases.
• Highly developed in the understanding of ORACLE-CMMS Asset Management Systems.
• Detailed understanding of the Electronic Livelink Document Management Systems.

Qualifications

• Technical Degree or equivalent in applicable Engineering discipline.
• Knowledgeable in MS-Excel spreadsheets and MS-Access databases.
