The key objectives for this role are:
Drivers of consistent technical excellence in Maintenance Systems Development, ensuring "best in class" solutions.
Responsible for providing input in support of project and client requirements, in development and implementation of maintenance regimes (i.e., Maintenance Philosophies and Strategies) and maintenance related data (i.e., asset registers, material inventories, maintenance procedures, etc.) for CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.).
Primary focus will be on developing documentation and data for CMMS system maintenance builds for new projects (greenfield) and further developing, enhancing, improving, optimising maintenance documentation and CMMS Data on systems currently in use within operations (brownfield), with an overarching objective of delivering maintenance regimes to improve overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel, and production processes in operations.
A key aspect of this role is ensuring client satisfaction and requirements are met, in developing quality maintenance build solutions, within scope, budget and to strict timescales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Provide discipline input across maintenance, reliability, and asset management work scopes, which may include the following specific activities: maintenance strategy development; critical spares reviews; maintenance data builds; data cleansing; reliability, availability, and maintainability modelling; FMEA / RCM; RCAs; and criticality assessments
Carry out periodic QA / QC audits over CMMS developed data to ensure build is in accordance with guidelines and aligned to client expectations
Delegate tasks, and undertake review of peer and junior personnel work in accordance with checking procedure
Adhere to and comply with relevant discipline specific and client procedures in execution of Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) work activities. Provide feedback for continuous improvement of procedures, if applicable
Provide guidance on project set - up with regards to maintenance related data requirements / structure / delivery format / client CMMS master data values, etc.
Ensure self-awareness of relevant regulatory framework, legislation changes, initiatives and industry technology developments
Provide discipline technical support to the wider Wood business
Provide discipline specific input to scope definition and execution for new project work scopes
Clearly communicate any identified improvements to service execution

Expected:
BSc, B.Eng., HNC, HND or equivalent with industrial experience in applicable maintenance discipline
NVQ or equivalent trade-based qualification with hands on industrial experience in applicable maintenance discipline
Establish and maintain effective working relationships and communicate across the business interfaces
Engage with business / functional community and promote the function including, networking / knowledge sharing
Communicate and co-operate with external stakeholders including industry bodies, academia, vendors, client interface (as appropriate and requested), market intelligence, relevant conferences, and business development.
Project execution responsibility as delegated by OMS Maintenance Consultancy Manager Technical authority within OMS for discipline, including competence assurance for all discipline personnel
Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrable balance of industrial experience at relevant level and position
Maintenance data builds and data optimization projects
Maintenance, repairs, and spares strategy development
Diligent and dependable in consistent application of established process
