Etihad Airways is seeking a Material Design Manager to define CMF aesthetics for guest experience from ground to cabin. You will translate Brand Strategy into tangible CMF opportunities and lead collaborations with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver implementable concepts across touchpoints.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design with CMF specialization.
7 years CMF design experience in aviation, automotive, hospitality or guest-experience industries.
Expert in storytelling and articulation of concepts.
Strong interest in Design and Cultural trends.
Ability to lead and command respect as the subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

Define material aesthetic and tactile direction for Etihad guest experience.
Lead CMF design for onboard soft products and amenities.
Support CMF design for new aircraft seat and cabin projects.
Create CMF guidelines for ground, aircraft, product and service.
Manage onsite CMF material library and supplier relationships.
Organize supplier visits for new product demonstrations.
