Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead Canon High End Professional Print Sales Sector ensuring CME objectives are delivered (Units Revenue Profit and Mash).
  • Develop Professional Print technical and sales knowledge and skills to Technical Presales and Sales Forces at Middle East Canon Partners side through trainings, coaching, tools, and market visits.
  • Use and develop Canon Middle East Regional Showroom by driving product demos, managing open days, and fulfilling customer proof of concept.
  • Develop vertical market Professional Print value proposition and concept through Canon Partners.
  • Develop Canon Middle East Partner to propose and sell Commercial Print Portfolio and Signage Portfolio.
  • Identify, map, and determine weightage of EndUser contribution to Canon business and potential of the Professional Print.
  • Establish EndUser contacts and business relationships with the right representatives of large companies and Government Organizations for Graphic Arts segment by countries (Key Account Decision Makers).
  • Identify and understand the potential opportunities available at each Professional Print Account to enhance Canon's business, brand image, and market share (Tier 1, Tier 2, and Enduser level).
  • Set marketing activities (training, seminar, PR) budgets per each account (Tier 1, Tier 2, and Enduser) based on their activity calendars if required.
  • Plan and implement the above described activities based on area strategy, product planning, and market analysis to meet Canon Middle East's growth objectives (by country).
  • Liaise with Area Managers/Country Managers/Product Managers regarding the technical requirements of the customers' projects; integrate and be able to assist end-user with a solution approach.
  • Liaise with Area Managers/Country Managers/Product Managers to proceed with product launching, implement product strategy, and provide proper feedback to Canon Head Office.
  • Maintain, track, and report all market-related information about Canon and competitors in terms of new products, prices, activities, and strategies.
  • Undertake (and organize) regular Tier 1, Tier 2, and end-user trainings, market assessments, and monitor/report on competitor activity.
  • Visit (potential new) accounts and business partners on a regular basis to provide visible support and assistance where required.
  • Derive partner-wise sales information and drive the marketing activities towards enhancing the partner-wise sales track and report the sales evaluation.
  • Conduct Graphic Arts concept knowledge and experience to Canon Partner Sales and PreSales forces.
  • Develop new business application ideas using Professional Print techniques (VDP, W2P, Production workflow).
  • Run professional demos to Professional Print customers.
  • Perform application testing and proof of concept.
