Job description

To lead the development and growth of Office Products and very light Production Products business across the Middle East by fulfilling a dual role of Product champion and regional sales development in cooperation with CME Product Manager, Canon Europe BDM, and CME Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Represent Canon at Tier-1, Tier-2, and End-User levels with expertise in Office and very light Production Products. Tier-1 includes in-country and regional distribution partners; Tier-2 involves resellers purchasing from distributors; End-Users are large organizations or government entities in sectors like Oil & Gas, Education, Healthcare, Telecom.
  2. Identify and analyze vertical segments by country, assessing their contribution and potential for Canon's business.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in large companies and government organizations within target verticals.
  4. Design and execute marketing activities such as training, seminars, and PR in collaboration with distributors and partners, aligned with activity calendars.
  5. Implement strategic activities to meet growth objectives, coordinating with product and area managers regarding technical and market requirements.
  6. Coordinate product launches, provide feedback to headquarters, and ensure alignment with product strategies.
  7. Maintain market intelligence on Canon and competitors, tracking new products, pricing, and activities.
  8. Organize and participate in training sessions, market assessments, and competitor monitoring.
  9. Visit key accounts and partners regularly to provide support and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience with Office & Light Production Products is essential.
  • Experience in B2B channel sales is essential.
  • Recognized university-level qualifications are essential.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar international or regional sales roles is desirable.
  • Knowledge of GCC market environments is desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential.
