We're Hiring! SAP ISU Billing and Invoice (SD) Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP ISU Billing and Invoice (SD) Consultant to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in configuring, supporting, and optimizing our SAP ISU billing and invoicing processes for our critical utility projects.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP ISU Billing and Invoicing Configuration & Support :

• Configure and customize SAP ISU billing and invoicing modules to meet business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP ISU billing and invoicing functionalities.
• Implement and manage billing master data, rate structures, and billing cycles.

Billing Process Management :

• Oversee the entire billing process, from meter reading to invoice generation and payment reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize billing efficiency and accuracy.

Troubleshooting and Post-Implementation Support :

• Analyze and resolve complex billing issues and provide timely solutions.
• Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.

Integration and Reporting :

• Ensure seamless integration between SAP ISU, SD, and other relevant modules, particularly SAP FI / CO.
• Develop and generate customized reports to support billing analysis and decision-making.
• Work with ABAP developers to create custom billing solutions when needed.

What Were Looking For :

Experience :

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP ISU Billing and Invoice (SD) Consultant.
• Proven experience in configuring and supporting SAP ISU billing and invoicing modules.
• Experience in SAP SD module.
• Experience with integration to SAP FI / CO.

Technical Skills :

• Strong understanding of SAP ISU billing and invoicing processes.
• Expertise in SAP SD module configuration and customization.
• Knowledge of SAP FI / CO integration with SAP ISU.
• Familiarity with meter reading, billing, and payment processing in the utility industry.
• Understanding of Idocs, and other integration technologies.

Education :

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Certifications (Preferred) :

• SAP ISU or SD certification is a significant plus.
