Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a retail environment with a strong emphasis on visual merchandising.
• Solid background in store operations and customer behavior.
• Ability to create and implement visual strategies that drive sales.
• Experience independently designing and setting up displays, executing planograms, and maintaining store aesthetics.
• Proven track record in leading visual merchandising initiatives and adapting to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and replenish displays to maintain a visually appealing environment.
• Ensure brand identity and presentation standards across windows and in-store are achieved.
• Implement brand-specific visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinate store displays in line with brand guidelines and strategy.
• Develop floor plans and maximize visual impact.
• Regularly inspect and maintain displays, fixtures, and signage.
• Photograph changes made to merchandise displays.
• Rotate window displays reflecting seasonal changes and promotions.
• Work within budget to source materials, props, and signage.
• Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and implementation.
• Maximize placement of new lines and re-merchandise with trends.
• Create store layouts by category.
• Collect feedback on merchandise performance.
• Collaborate with VM Manager and sales team to achieve commercial goals.
• Assist in pre-opening of stores and timely brand-standard visits.
• Research current market trends and lifestyle.
