Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans for multiple hotel properties
  2. Identify and grow new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, and MICE segments
  3. Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  4. Collaborate with marketing, revenue, and operations teams to align strategies
  5. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
  6. Represent the hotel cluster at trade shows, events, and sales missions

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
  2. Minimum 7 years of hotel sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  3. Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market
