A Cluster Sales Manager manages the hotel sales and marketing plans by recommending growth efforts, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the hotel is competitively positioned within the local marketplace.


What will I be doing?

As a Cluster Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Management. Your responsibilities include developing the sales team, implementing sales strategies, and supporting hotel sales and marketing initiatives. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  1. Managing hotel sales and marketing plans to align with business objectives and focusing sales efforts across all market segments.
  2. Collaborating with the Senior Management Team to identify and support key business areas requiring attention.
  3. Contributing to the development and monitoring of local sales and marketing initiatives.
  4. Organizing comprehensive information about the hotel's products and services and delivering this through relevant sales channels.
  5. Producing accurate and timely reports for hotel and management review.
  6. Presenting monthly reports on sales activities and contributions to hotel owners and senior management.
  7. Cooperating with other departments, especially Reservations and Banqueting, to enhance Guest experiences and develop sales programs.
  8. Participating in management meetings to develop sales and marketing strategies.
  9. Preparing hotel contracts in line with current business and pricing conditions.
  10. Monitoring offers, discounts, and repeat booking options in coordination with the Group Coordinator.
