A Cluster Sales Manager manages the hotel sales and marketing plans by recommending growth efforts, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the hotel is competitively positioned within the local marketplace.

What will I be doing?

As Cluster Sales Manager, you will work closely with Senior Management to develop the sales team and implement strategies. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing hotel sales and marketing plans to support business objectives and focus efforts across market segments
  • Collaborating with Senior Management to identify and support key business areas
  • Contributing to sales and marketing initiatives through local activities
  • Providing comprehensive information about the hotel’s products and services via sales channels
  • Producing timely reports for hotel management
  • Presenting monthly sales activities and contributions to hotel owners and senior management
  • Working with Reservations and Banqueting Departments to enhance guest experience and sales programs
  • Participating in management meetings to develop sales strategies
  • Preparing contracts in line with current business and pricing conditions
  • Monitoring offers, discounts, and bookings for groups and events in coordination with the Group Coordinator
