Job description

At InterContinental Hotel & Residences Abu Dhabi, we believe in creating exceptional experiences for our guests and fostering a dynamic work environment for our colleagues. We are currently seeking a passionate, driven, and results-oriented Cluster Sales Executive to join our Sales team and represent our prestigious property and sister IHG hotels within the cluster.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across all market segments (Corporate, Leisure, MICE, etc.)
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, site inspections, and negotiations to convert leads into bookings
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database (Delphi/Salesforce or similar CRM)
  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities representing the hotel cluster
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment in the UAE or GCC
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi market and surrounding regions
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-focused
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
