Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Sales Executive Government & Corporate to join our team in Ajman United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key relationships with government entities and corporate clients across the assigned cluster.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our market presence in both government and corporate sectors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned cluster
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level government officials and corporate decision-makers
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand client needs and tailor our solutions accordingly
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate complex contracts and ensure successful closure of deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
  • Monitor and report on sales performance market trends and competitive landscape
  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking functions

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B or B2G sales with a proven track record of success
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Strategic planning and account management expertise
  • In-depth understanding of government procurement processes and corporate sales strategies
  • Familiarity with the UAE business landscape and culture
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level executives and government officials
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned cluster as required
  • Arabic is a must
