Job description

Position Summary

The Cluster Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue and market share for a group of hotels by securing new business and maintaining strong client relationships across multiple segments including corporate, leisure, and group bookings. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple accounts across different properties. The Cluster Sales Executive works in coordination with the Cluster Sales Manager and individual hotel teams to ensure sales strategies are implemented effectively and revenue goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively source and develop new business opportunities across assigned market segments and hotel properties.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, client presentations, and hotel familiarization visits.
  • Coordinate with hotel operations and sales teams to ensure a seamless guest experience and delivery of service commitments.
  • Prepare and present proposals and contracts in line with rate and availability guidelines.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and activity records in the CRM system.
  • Support the Cluster Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and preparing reports and forecasts.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and sales roadshows as a representative of the cluster.
  • Ensure alignment with brand standards, hotel policies, and local compliance regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hotel sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a multi-property or cluster setting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, goal-driven, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems
  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a dynamic, multi-property environment.
  • Flexibility to travel between hotels or for client meetings/events as required.
