Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cluster Revenue Manager to maximize revenue opportunities across multiple hotel properties. The successful candidate will analyze market trends, implement dynamic pricing strategies, and optimize distribution channels to achieve and surpass revenue targets. A strong understanding of revenue management systems and hospitality market dynamics is critical.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement revenue management strategies for multiple properties.
Analyze booking patterns, market trends, and competitor pricing.
Optimize pricing and inventory across various distribution channels.
Forecast revenues and prepare regular performance reports.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to maximize profitability.
Monitor and manage online distribution systems (OTAs, brand.com).
Implement strategies to reduce cancellations and increase bookings.
Lead regular revenue strategy meetings with property managers.
Ensure compliance with brand standards and best practices.
Recommend new tools, systems, or processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
5 7 years of revenue management experience in the hospitality industry.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto).
Solid knowledge of hotel operations, distribution, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PMS, and RMS software.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
