POSITION SUMMARY

Assist in managing rooms inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue and maintain accurate reservation system information. Support the preparation of agendas and documents for sales strategy meetings. Manage room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, communicating strategies to properties. Monitor transient and group inventory to ensure availability and assist with account diagnostics. Implement hotel sales strategies in reservation and inventory systems. Escalate technical issues related to reservation and property management systems promptly. Ensure compliance with company promotions and eCommerce channels.
