In your role, you will be working as a Marketing Coordinator for three iconic properties on Yas Island: Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, The WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton, and DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences.

A Marketing Coordinator will work with the Cluster Director of Marketing & Communication to assist in implementing the marketing plan to increase hotel brand awareness.

What will I be doing?

As Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Cluster Director of Marketing & Communication to implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing hotel brand awareness. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating effectively to target markets about the hotel amenities and benefits, including refurbishments, F&B, conference, banqueting, and events.
  • Collaborating with local third-party partners, including media and official bodies, maintaining professional relationships.
  • Creating and maintaining a media and marketing contact management system tailored to the hotel's target audiences.
  • Working closely with all hotel departments to identify proactive promotional opportunities and address business challenges.
  • Supporting promotional activities, marketing channels, and the production of marketing materials for events.
  • Managing and promoting the hotel on Hilton branded websites.
  • Utilizing marketing budgets effectively.
