• Supporting ongoing projects, IPTV configuration, and troubleshooting PCs, laptops, WiFi, and telephony issues.
• Installing Windows, updating security patches, and managing server room activities.
• Handling guest requests, user issues, backups, invoice posting, and QMS requests.

Essential Qualifications:

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality, Business, or a related field from an IHG Academy affiliated university.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and service skills.
