Job Summary
  • Manage the Collections Department efficiently to meet business objectives.
  • Implement regional cooperation and governance for collection & recovery to improve loss performance, productivity, and conduct.
  • Enhance collection & recovery capabilities, driving standardization and optimization across departments.
  • Lead strategic development, budgeting, and people management for Collections and Recoveries.
  • Develop and execute collection strategies tailored to portfolio size and risk per country.
  • Coordinate with Credit Risk and business teams on market intelligence and customer behavior shifts for policy adjustments.
  • Introduce new tools to improve collection efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leverage portfolio analysis for collections activities.
  • Drive process improvements, upgrade techniques, tools, and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory guidelines in all activities.
  • Oversee outsourcing processes, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
