Your future missions

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Cluster General Manager, and within the limits of established Accor policies and procedures, you will be responsible for driving total revenue, brand positioning, and strategic growth across the cluster properties. You will lead efforts to achieve Accor’s KPIs and sales targets, while generating new business and growing existing accounts across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Meeting & Events departments to maximize profitability.

Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with Accor brand goals and cluster objectives
  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting for sales and marketing departments, setting clear performance targets and tracking KPIs
  • Cultivate strong relationships with ownership groups, providing regular updates on strategic initiatives and performance metrics
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities across all revenue streams
Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation
  • Lead the sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets across Rooms, F&B outlets, and Meeting & Events spaces
  • Drive direct sales, group bookings, corporate partnerships, and MICE business to optimize cluster-wide performance
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, travel agencies, corporate partners, and luxury consortia
  • Develop and sustain essential relationships within the local community to enhance the hotel’s positioning and visibility
  • Partner with the Cluster Director of Revenue to set dynamic pricing strategies and maximize Total RevPAR across all segments
Marketing & Brand Management
  • Manage cluster-level marketing budgets to develop property-specific campaigns, promotions, and branded collateral
  • Oversee implementation of digital marketing initiatives, loyalty program activations, and guest engagement strategies
  • Mentor and develop the sales and marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture and results-driven mindset
  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews to ensure team alignment with Accor’s commercial goals
  • Promote a collaborative environment by working closely with operations, finance, and guest experience teams
Cluster Coordination
  • Ensure all properties adhere to Accor’s group policies and brand standards, while customizing strategies for local market needs
  • Attend financial reviews and owner meetings to support strategic alignment, transparency, and stakeholder confidence
  • Provide temporary leadership and operational support in the absence of property-level directors
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Director of Sales & Marketing role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to train and motivate teams
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic, German, or Russian is an advantage
  • Experience in the UAE hospitality sector preferred
