Skillset: Experience in corporate sales, Opera, Delphi, Salesforce

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans across the hotel cluster to achieve corporate revenue targets.
  2. Identify and grow corporate client accounts through proactive sales calls, presentations, and networking.
  3. Coordinate and collaborate with each property's sales and revenue teams to ensure alignment.
  4. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business performance to adjust sales strategies.
  5. Attend trade shows, sales missions, and industry events to promote the hotel cluster.
  6. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management.

Qualifications:

  1. Relevant experience in the corporate sales segment within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. A commitment to providing excellent service and achieving results.
  4. Proven track record in managing multiple properties or a cluster role is an advantage.
