The Cluster Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth across a cluster of hotels by securing and managing corporate accounts and building strong client relationships. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing key corporate clients, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. The position requires strategic thinking, a proactive approach to market dynamics, and strong communication skills to influence and collaborate across properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts across all assigned properties.
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Implement cluster-level corporate sales strategies aligned with overall hotel and brand goals.
Work closely with the Director of Sales and Revenue Management to ensure pricing and inventory are optimized for corporate accounts.
Identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities through research, networking, and proactive sales calls.
Participate in trade shows, corporate events, and networking functions to promote the cluster’s hotels.
Coordinate with hotel General Managers and on-property sales teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Share market intelligence and client feedback to align service delivery and maximize revenue potential.
Lead negotiations for corporate rate agreements, ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
Prepare proposals and contracts, ensuring all terms are in compliance with brand and legal standards.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue performance.
Analyze account performance and sales trends to refine strategies and report findings to senior leadership.
Organize and lead regular client meetings, property site inspections, and corporate familiarization trips.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships to secure repeat business.
Uphold brand image and service standards in all client-facing activities.
Represent the hotels and brand professionally in all external and internal communications.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Corporate Sales within the Abu Dhabi, UAE market, as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager.
Account management, customer service, and sales operations skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
