About the Job:
As Cluster Assistant Revenue Manager supports the Head of Revenue Management in driving revenue and optimizing profitability for both Radisson Blu and Marriott properties within the cluster. This role involves assisting in the development and implementation of strategic pricing, distribution, and revenue management initiatives. The Cluster Assistant Revenue Manager collaborates with sales, marketing, and finance departments to analyze data, forecast demand, and make informed decisions to maximize overall revenue performance. In particular, you will be accountable for the following responsibilities, which must be completed to the utmost standards:
- Maintain and implement as necessary the Yield Management system in all related revenue generating departments for the cluster of hotels.
- Analyse customer segmentation to determine the optimal customer mix based on overall revenue objectives.
- Monitor and review inventory and rate control through the use of reports such as booking pace, regrets, market segmentation, availability calendar, and rate check reports.
- Analyse competitive information reports for benchmarking against competitive set on a daily and monthly basis linked to cluster hotels.
- Support the Cluster Director of Revenue in compiling and communicating all documents, reports, and presentations for required ownership, hotel, and regional leadership reporting for various meetings.
- Coordinate effective rate and inventory control, forecasting, and market mix management across all the cluster hotels.
- Review regularly forecast validation and monitor Bar Pricing recommendations and last room value in the RMS.
- Ensure the RMS / EMMA are constantly updated and monitored daily for all cluster properties.
- Assist in preparing and chairing weekly Revenue Meetings and defining marketing strategies and tactical actions based on forecasted demand.
- Review current business practices for Rooms, Reservations, and Marketing to identify critical reinforcement and improvement areas.
- Assist Cluster Director of Revenue, Cluster Director of Sales, and Cluster Director of Marketing in re-engineering or reinforcing business practices.
- Support the Cluster Director of Revenue in defining discounting strategies and adapting product packaging according to customer needs, demand, and seasonality linked to 4 properties.
- Support the cluster reservations manager in applying inventory, price, and length of stay controls in all reservation systems.
- Help the all-cluster hotel achieve its annual profitability goals through Revenue Management Practices.
- Continually analyze business practices to identify opportunities for revenue increases or cost savings.
- Ensure completion of daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts for all cluster properties.
- Support the Cluster Director of Revenue in managing team expectations, providing feedback, identifying training needs, and ensuring alignment with department objectives.
- Be aware of cluster revenue management systems.

- Facilitate weekly revenue / group meetings.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Excel & Presentations.
- Works collaboratively with cluster hotel departments in maintaining smooth communication

- Bachelor degree required.
- Previous 4 to 5 experience in Reservations and Revenue department in leading role
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand English as the primary language(s) used in the workplace – fluency is required; any other additional language skills are appreciated (fluency in Arabic is a big advantage).
- Strong organizational skills. Must have ability to manage multiple tasks with keen attention to detail.
