Job summary

Modon is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to enhance HR functions across multiple properties in the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, and ensures compliance with labor laws while also coordinating training programs. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR and at least three years of experience in HR, preferably in hospitality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as knowledge of local labor laws.
