Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all club-level rooms and lounges are functioning properly.
2. Perform routine preventive maintenance checks.
3. Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment (TVs, speakers, projectors) in club lounges.
4. Ensure smooth running of entertainment systems and guest-use technology.
5. Ensure technical readiness of club-level guest areas.
6. Respond promptly to service calls or technical issues reported by staff or guests.
7. Assist in setting up special VIP events in club areas.
8. Maintain tools and spare parts inventory.
9. Request or restock needed equipment or supplies for technical upkeep.
10. Respond to technical issues reported by guests in club-level rooms or lounges.
11. Ensure all facilities are in top condition for VIPs and high-tier loyalty guests.
12. Ensure all equipment complies with safety regulations.
13. Maintain clear documentation of inspections and repairs.

Qualifications:

1. Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems commonly found in hotels. Ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and systems efficiently.
2. Experience in performing routine maintenance tasks and inspections to ensure the proper functioning of hotel facilities.
3. Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols governing hotel operations including fire safety, electrical safety, and occupational health standards.
4. Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions in a timely manner. Adaptability to handle unexpected challenges and emergencies as they arise.
5. Clear and effective communication skills to interact with hotel staff, guests, and external contractors professionally.
6. Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service to hotel guests. Ability to respond promptly to guest requests and concerns while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
