POSITION PURPOSE
- To provide our Club and Suites guests with an on brand personalized arrival experience.
- Follow and implement Sheraton Club program as per Brand Standards/Guidelines.
- To effectively contribute in a high GSS loyalty composite through recognition, friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Ensure that services provided are in harmony with our Sheraton core values.
- Ensure that our guests receive an on brand experience upon arrival and throughout their stay.
- Acknowledge and recognize Club guest and Elite Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador Members on arrival at Club Lounge.
- Ensure implementation of the WELCOME upon Check in and FAREWELL upon check out.
- Ensure strict compliance with Sheraton Brand Standards in all related tasks and duties achieving 90% or above in the LRA inspection.
- 100% daily usage of the Guest Planning Screen Report to deliver preferences initiative successfully to our guests.
- Ensure compliance with PCI policies.
- Acquire the proper product knowledge needed to perform your job properly.
- Use GXP to update guests profiles with requests, defects, preferences and any other comments/information acquired during stay.
- Be aware of the hotel Fire and Emergency procedures.
- Ensure at all times equipped with functional equipment and stocked with enough stationary and collateral, forms and order them in a timely manner.
- Ensure wastage is kept to the minimum.
- Support of Departmental objectives.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must be proactive.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write and understand the primary language(s) used in the work place.
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of hotel food and beverage operations.
- Basic knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages.
- Basic computational ability.
- Be aware of Health, Safety, & Fire regulations and that they too abide by the terms.
- Maintain high standard of personal hygiene at all time.
- Demonstrate proper and safe usage of all equipment.
- Ensure that full uniform is worn at all time.
- Care in service to avoid accidents.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.

EDUCATION
High school degree required.
PHYSICAL CONDITION REQUIRED FOR YOUR ROLE
- Must be able to stand 8hrs a day while maintaining a smile and positive attitude.
- This job often requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
- This job often requires to be able to lift up 5.5kg on a regular basis and continuing basis.
- Be able to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 11kg frequently.
- Be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 90 kg occasionally.
- Be able to exert well-paced ability in limited space and to reach other locations of the hotel on a timely basis.
- This job requires operating computers and computerized equipment.
