Job description

  • Grow, develop, inspire and lead a diverse organization of highly motivated, high performing and customer centric cloud architect teams
  • Provide leadership on technical cloud solutions and customer success, defining and implementing best practice in customer engagement
  • Work closely with sales leadership to ensure effective collaboration toward a common goal.
  • Build the structures and culture to ensure your team effectively leverages the expertise available in our diverse internal technology engineering ecosystem, to win and develop the most complex and demanding customer projects and workloads on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Establish business objectives, metrics and plans to ensure attainment.

What you will bring

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams toward achieving ambitious goals.
  • A passion for technology, with leadership experience in a sales consulting, technical architecture or technical sales environment
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; strong problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong understanding of the Cloud marketplace and the specifics of selling and driving the adoption of cloud services
  • Industry and Market Knowledge: Broad knowledge of regional/ industry trends, particularly in the Middle East region
  • Ability to bridge between the commercial and technical, articulating the business value and benefits of different technology solutions in terms of TCO & ROI Credibility at all levels externally and internally, including lines of business and CXOs
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic planning capabilities with the capacity to develop and execute comprehensive strategies focused on driving market penetration and growth.
  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite; knowledge of Arabic would be a strong advantage.
