Responsibilities

Customer Centricity: Drive positive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor. Develop and expand impactful relationships with customer and partner architects, C-level Technical Decision Makers (TDMs), and business stakeholders. Provide direction to TDMs and bridge the gap between TDMs and Business Decision Makers (BDMs).

Business Impact: Promote growth in consumption (Cloud & Customer Success contracts) by developing opportunities that drive customer success and help customers realize value from their Microsoft investments.

Resolution of Customer Blockers: Identify resolutions to customer blockers by leveraging Microsoft Cloud and your professional expertise. Gather insights on industry trends, customer needs, and map organizational best practices to business outcomes.

Technical Leadership: Align individual skills with team demands and customer success goals. Accelerate customer outcomes by sharing expertise, contributing to intellectual property, and driving improvements across business and technology areas.

Business Value & Trusted Advisorship: Convey the business need and value of solutions, build trusted relationships, and understand customer needs through insightful listening and situational fluency.

Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields and experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or equivalent experience. Customer-facing experience in complex cloud transformation projects.

Preferred: Advanced degrees and certifications in cloud technologies, experience with agile methodologies, cloud cost management, AI implementation, security, and compliance. Certifications like Azure Administrator, Security Engineer, or AI Engineer are advantageous.
