We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI / UX Designer with proven experience in delivering end-to-end user-centric digital experiences for both customer-facing and internal enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio in multi-lingual, responsive web design, particularly in the UAE / GCC market, and must demonstrate deep expertise in crafting intuitive, aesthetically engaging, and brand-compliant interfaces.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct user research, persona development, empathy mapping, and user journey mapping to uncover deep insights into user behavior and expectations.
- Design responsive web and mobile UIs for both B2C and B2E applications, ensuring optimal user experience across all devices and screen sizes.
- Develop multi-lingual UI designs (English and Arabic) with attention to typography, cultural nuances, and right-to-left (RTL) layouts.
- Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, and Sketch to build wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Ensure adherence to corporate brand guidelines and design systems, aligning visual style and interaction patterns with business identity.
- Stay updated with the latest global UI / UX trends, material design principles, and human interface guidelines, while being mindful of UX behaviors in the UAE and Malaysia markets.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, content teams, and QA to ensure design fidelity and functional excellence in implementation.
- Drive performance-optimized UI design, considering loading time, interaction speed, and accessibility (WCAG standards).
- Create designs that meet the needs of high-traffic digital platforms in regulated domains such as financial services, ensuring compliance with usability, security, and legal standards.
- Present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders and senior leadership effectively.
Must-Have Skills & Experience :
- 5+ years of UI / UX design experience with at least 1 financial services project in the UAE.
- Delivered UI / UX for 5+ large-scale GCC brands, with multi-lingual and culturally aware design implementations.
- Strong command over responsive and adaptive design, micro-interactions, and UI animations.
- Deep understanding of design tokens, atomic design principles, and accessibility (a11y) standards.
- Hands-on with Figma, Miro, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and usability testing platforms.
- Familiarity with UX writing, content strategy, and collaboration with localization teams.
- Experience conducting design sprints, usability testing, and A / B testing to validate design decisions.
Good to Have :
- Certifications in UX Design (Google, Nielsen Norman, HFI) or Design Thinking.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Exposure to designing for accessibility and inclusive design principles.
