Cloud Kinetics - Program Manager

Has managed and delivered large-scale transformation programs involving teams of 50+ people.

1. Should have delivered at least 2 data lake implementation programs.
2. Should have delivered at least 1 data lake implementation program involving big data technologies such as Cloudera, Data Engineering tools like Talend, and Analytics using Qlik Sense and/or Tableau.
3. Should have managed at least 2 engagements for managed services with a team size of 40+.
4. Should have domain experience in finance, taxation, invoicing, and capital markets.
5. Should have experience in leading C-level conversations.
6. Should have experience in managing P&L for delivery, planning, and resource management.
7. Should be PMP certified and experienced in project management tools like Microsoft EPM, Jira, etc.
8. Should be capable of tracking and preparing project updates and status reports.
9. Should have managed at least 2 large programs in GCC or Middle East countries as a leader.
10. Good understanding of program management concepts and PMO.
11. Proficient in English and Arabic languages.
12. Experience working for large SI companies.
13. Well-versed with UAE taxation processes.
14. Sound knowledge of UAE tax policies and security compliances required locally.
