Job summary

BlackStone eIT seeks a skilled Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will implement IaC, automate deployments, and optimize resources while coordinating with DevOps and security teams.

The role requires 2–5+ years in cloud engineering or sysadmin, strong scripting, and expertise with Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Dubai-based, on‑site position with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 2–5+ years in cloud engineering or system administration.
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Linux and Windows server administration.
• Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, VPN, Load Balancers, Firewalls).
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor cloud environments for high availability and performance.
• Implement IaC using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Automate deployment and operations with CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage cloud networking, storage, compute, and security services.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues.
• Optimize resources to cut costs and improve performance.
• Implement backup, DR, and BCM solutions.
• Collaborate with DevOps, developers, and security teams.
• Ensure compliance with security standards.
